Bionut Biology Website and Discussion Group debuts!
Mission statement: The Bionut Website is a resource for all Cox High School Biology Students. Students are encouraged to use the Discussion Page to post questions and participate in discussions with teachers and/or other students. Parents and students of my class (Mrs. Lant) can view information on Classroom Procedures, Contact me (using the online forms) to request a conference, afterschool help, peer tutoring, etc. The Biology Learning Links page connects students to other science sites and websites related to Biology class assignments. The Effective Answers page gives students examples of how to effectively communicate their answers on science tests, labs, etc. - October 9, 2004
The Bionut gets renovated!
After letting the website go for the last couple of years, I decided to get active again, but to make some changes so the website wouldn't be as time consuming. I decided to take out the Discussion Page since it wasn't used very much (even when I was regularly maintaining the site). I also deleted the Parental Contact request form and the Student request form for Extra Help -- email works just as well.
